Raised in coastal city Melbourne, Australia, Jasmin Bade is an up-and-coming country artist bringing honesty and individuality to her sound. The singer-songwriter grew to love music that told stories, listening to the likes of Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and The Chicks. From busking on the streets for pocket change and playing in festivals since the age of seven, Bade pursued her passion and studied music at the University of Tasmania. With a songwriting scholarship from the Australian Performing Rights Association, she worked alongside ARIA winners to hone her writing and performing skills.

Her debut single, “I’m Fine”, written by Bade with Spencer Jordan (Maroon Five, Danny Phantom) and produced by Steven Martinez (Lionel Richie, Pentatonix), landed her on the Nashville Songwriters Association “Ones To Watch” List, and received radio play in over 50 countries, grabbing spots on key Spotify playlists such as “New Music Nashville” alongside her country music idols such as Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban. American Songwriter spoke of her sophomore release, “X’s and Y’s”, quoting her lyrics as almost “Shane McAnally-esque”. Within hours of its release the tune was added to iHeartCountry and made the “KIX Country Radio Hottest 20” for five straight weeks. Bade has hit the ground running to kickstart 2022, playing an acoustic tour around the south east coast of Australia. Her newest single “Rent” debuted at number three on the iTunes Country Charts Australia on February 18th, and premiered on KIX Country Radio.
